Can I Mix & Match products in my order?
Absolutely! You can mix and match single bottles of wine for your order creating your own mixed case. Also, we offer a variety of packs ready to order! These packs have 3, 6, or 12 wines in them. Some of these packs have 1 type of wine. Some are mixed packs. All are wonderfully delicious.
How can I track an order?
You will receive a notification via email along with the courier tracking number once the package is en route. You can also find the tracking number to monitor online the shipping status directly on your "Account" page or at the link saraceniwines.com/pages/help.

Can I pick up a delivery due to the adult signature requirement?
Absolutely! We ship via FedEx and UPS, so you can can contact the shipper and request to have your package held at a one of their locations and pickup at your own convenience.
Can I add a gift message to my purchase?
Absolutely! When ordering a gift you will have the option to add your own personalized gift message on the cart page. Simply add the message and it will be affixed to your gift for delivery.

Our logistic partners UPS and FedEx are following the guidance of global health experts at the WHO and CDC on preventing the spread of the virus. Their ongoing efforts include:
