First and foremost, if you order wine from us you are representing to us that you are of legal drinking age and that the person to whom it is being shipped is also of legal drinking age. All packages sent out by saraceniwines.com may require an Adult Signature at the time of delivery. You can choose to ship to a business address or to a residential address, we will try delivering the package 3 consecutive business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We cannot ship wine to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
5. Sales Conditions
All the products included in our shop are really available in our warehouse. Prices listed on the site are subject to variations and/or change by saraceniwines.com without any prior notice to the customer. Sales Contracts concluded prior to the publication of these changes, but not already shipped, will apply the prices prevailing at the time of the Order. Published prices of products may vary for different vintages and formats. Title of Ownership: For all items purchased from SaraceniWines.com, title is passed to the purchaser in Italy. All items must be paid for in full prior to arrangements for delivery. Saraceni Wines's performance obligation under the purchase agreement for the sale of wine is complete upon tender of the merchandise to a third party carrier for transportation and delivery. These Terms are governed by Italian law as well as any Contract of Sale are subject to the Italian jurisdiction. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Contract of Sale will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Firenze, not with standing the applicability of the mandatory law for the protection of consumers.
