Vipra Bianco is a blend of local and international grapes, which undergo slow fermentation (about 3 weeks) in stainless steel vats, at a strictly controlled temperature. The new wine continues to mature in steel for a few months until it is bottled.

Not as good as your bubbly whites, but still a good wine.

My absolute new favorite white!

This is AMAZING white wine..for my taste. I love a dry floral pinot grigio and this wine is a home run. Gorgeous wine. It's perfection in my book. Thank you again Saraceni for supplying me with the most stellar wine selection. I love you. Cheers!
